I see so many developers stuck in the tutorial loop or the "refactoring" loop. They want the codebase to be pristine before a single user touches it. This is a fatal error.

The V1 Mindset

Your V1 should be embarrassing. If you aren't embarrassed, you launched too late. The market doesn't care about your clean architecture. They care if you solve their problem.
